Management Systems Specialist job in Kaposvár

Currently we are looking for a

Management Systems Specialist

to our Kaposvár plant

Tasks:

• To carry out and follow up all necessary activities in order to ensure the continuity, operability, improvement and development of ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in Metyx Hungary Kft.
• To prepare necessary procedures, instructions and forms and/or have them prepared by related departments.
• To follow and execute targets determined in line with the company policies, process indicators and company’s concept.
• To keep quality records related to its department, to maintain them and keep them in accordance with the company rules.
• To follow up the up-to-dateness of environment, occupational health and safety management systems and related legal and other requirements
• To work together with Environment & Safety Experts, to follow the activities of consultants of the company
• To make risk analysis works in relation to the departments.
• To ensure the collection of dangerous and non-dangerous wastes in units without harming the human health and dispose them in accordance with the regulations and supervise their records.

Requirements:

• College or university degree
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• English knowledge
• Excellent problem solving skills
• High level of self-dependence
• High level of MS office skills
